Very exciting. But this rain! Hoping for blue skies!
ReplyDeleteI know! Builder B said you can guarantee it will rain the day you need to do concreting or roofing!
DeleteYay you are definitely off when there are holes in the ground! Weather looks clearer today, fingers crossed work can be done at both our houses, my builders need to install the rest of the windows so we are at lock up. Boy heaven with all those diggers, how I remember watching my neighbours renovations when my son was 2-4! mel x
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame Master H was at kindy and missed the cement mixer today. Wow, lock up! That seems to have come around very quickly.
DeleteI was also quite surprised to find some excavation work being carried out at ours despite the rain. xx
ReplyDeleteYay for progress!
DeleteMy parents are currently doing the landscaping at their house and my 2yr old daughter LOVES watching through the window or "helping" grandad. Trucks and machinery are the best way to keep a child happy (well, apart from breaking mummy's phone of course....)
ReplyDeleteIt sure is a good way of entertaining a toddler! I'm thinking I should get Master H a hard hat and some steel-cap boots. He's very keen to be part of it all!
